Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday. Orders placed on a weekend or holidays will be shipped on next business day. We try our very best to ship all orders same day for orders that is placed before 2pm, or no later than next business day, and approximate time of delivery is listed at the checkout of the shopping cart. If time is of essence, please select express shipping option. We do not have a store front and there will be no pickup or personal delivery, no matter how rush you need the order. Again, we try our very best to ship order ASAP and drop by for pickup is not an option.

Carriers
We use the Canada Post to deliver most orders. UPS and Fedex will be used for International express delivery.

Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that orders with regular shipping option which is Air Mail Small Package will not have tracking numbers. If you need a tracking, please select Track Pack or Express option.

Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is flat rate based the products ordered, it will be listed when you click "add to cart" button. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. At times, we offer world-wide "FREE SHIPPING".

Abuse "FREE SHIPPING"
Due to customers abusing the FREE SHIPPING system, we ask customers for a minimum fee of $30 (depending size of order) if orders are placed within 20 days.

Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Mesotherapy-Solutions.com takes no responsibility for confirming the importation requirements and regulations of the purchaser and the purchaser's country of origin. All products are shipped only by Canada Post contract-customer, at the full risk of the purchaser, in agreement with Mesotherapy-Solutions.com. Mesotherapy-Solutions.com is relieved of any legal action, that might be brought against the purchaser or mailing service contract-customer if not acting in accordance with the regulations and importation laws of the destination country.

In the event an order is detained and confiscated by foreign customs, the loss rests completely with the purchaser, unless:

  • A valid medical prescription was submitted with the shipment.
  • In which case a confiscation notification and a proof of reclaim (forwarded to the Food and Drug Administration institute responsible for the confiscation) should be made ASAP...

If incorrect shipping information is provided by the purchaser, the order might be mis-delivered and/or returned to courier sender. Mesotherapy-Solutions.com takes no responsibility for order losses caused by this mis-delivery or for losses occurring because shipments are un-returnable due to courier discreet shipping.

In the event wrong products are received, the correct products will be reshipped free of charge, provided the wrong products are returned unopened and in re-saleable condition.

If the ampoules or vials arrived broken, we ask you to take picture immediately and send us a copy of the picture, we will replace the broken ampoules or vials.

All Institute-BCN products are pharmaceutical formulas, free of preservatives, addictives, and perfume. Administering superficial subcutaneous micro injections or by traditional mesotherapy method depends on the legislation of each country and has to be performed by medically trained staff. It is buyer's responsibility to obtain such information from it's country legislation. Refunds will not be granted if misused by non-professionals.
